Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine crushed Biscoff cookies and melted butter; press into the bottom of a springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes and allow to cool.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add vanilla extract and fold in whipped cream until well combined.
- Pour filling over cooled crust, smoothing the top. Cover and chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.
