Description

  • 24 Biscoff cookies, crushed
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream, whipped
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine crushed Biscoff cookies and melted butter; press into the bottom of a springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes and allow to cool.
  2. In a bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add vanilla extract and fold in whipped cream until well combined.
  3. Pour filling over cooled crust, smoothing the top. Cover and chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  4. Before serving, remove from springform pan, drizzle with melted Biscoff spread, and sprinkle with crushed cookies.
