- 1 cup mixed fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Rinse fresh berries under cool water and let them drain.
- In a blender, combine coconut milk, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
- Pour one-third of the coconut mixture into popsicle molds, tapping to remove air bubbles.
- Drop in your mixed berries evenly.
- Pour more coconut mixture over the berries, leaving some space at the top.
- Insert sticks into molds and freeze for at least four hours or until solid.
