Description

Ingredients

  • 8 oz creamy goat cheese
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Wrap each beet in foil and roast on a baking sheet for 45-60 minutes until tender. Allow to cool before peeling.
