- 2 lbs Baby Back Ribs
- 1/2 cup Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 ripe Fresh Peaches, chopped
- 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup Ketchup
- 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Remove the silver skin from the back of the ribs.
- Generously season ribs with salt and pepper.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, combine balsamic vinegar, chopped peaches, brown sugar, ketchup, and mustard. Stir until mixed well and simmer until slightly thickened.
- Place ribs on a foil-lined baking sheet and brush half of the BBQ sauce over them. Cover tightly with foil and bake for about 2 hours.
- Remove foil, brush more sauce over the ribs, then broil for an additional 5 minutes until caramelized.
