  • 1 French baguette (12 oz), sliced into ½-inch rounds
  • 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup fresh basil, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Arrange baguette slices on the baking sheet and toast for about 10 minutes until golden brown.
  3. In a bowl, mix together artichoke hearts, cream cheese, garlic, lemon juice, Parmesan, and basil until well combined.
  4. Spoon the artichoke mixture onto each toasted baguette slice.
  5. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10–15 minutes until heated through and slightly golden on top.
  6. Serve warm, garnished with extra basil if desired.
