- 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and finely chopped
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 package (17.3 oz) puff pastry sheets (2 sheets)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped artichoke hearts, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and oregano until well blended.
- Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut into 3-inch squares.
- Place about a tablespoon of the filling in the center of each square. Fold over two corners towards the center and pinch to seal.
- Arrange the filled pastries on the prepared baking sheet and brush with an egg wash (whisked egg with water).
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Serve warm.
