  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup unsweetened dried apples, diced
  • 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, chopped pecans, diced dried apples, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together melted coconut oil and maple syrup until smooth. Pour this mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until evenly coated.
  4. Spread the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and gently press down to form clusters.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown, stirring halfway through for even cooking.
  6. Allow to cool completely before breaking into clusters. Store in an airtight container.
