  • 1 lb Wagyu ground beef
  • 8 soft slider buns
  • 8 slices American cheese
  • ½ cup dill pickles, sliced
  • 1 medium onion, sautéed
  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat a large skillet or griddle over medium-high heat.
  2. Slice slider buns in half and prepare sliced pickles and sautéed onions.
  3. Form the Wagyu beef into eight 2-ounce balls.
  4. Smash each ball onto the hot skillet using a spatula; season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 2 minutes until browned.
  5. Place cheese slices on top of each patty along with sautéed onions; cover briefly until cheese melts.
  6. Assemble sliders by placing patties on buns, adding pickles, mustard, and ketchup as desired. Serve warm.
