Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat until bubbling and golden brown, then set aside to cool.
- In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth. Mix in the browned butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and eggs until fully combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, cardamom, and salt. Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined; do not over-mix.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 55-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
