  • 1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp chili flakes (adjust to taste)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by gathering everything on the counter.
  2. Cook pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente; drain and set aside.
