Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 lobster tails (approx. 6 oz each)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Carefully slice the lobster tails down the middle using kitchen shears, exposing the meat.
