  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 4 cups low-sodium vegetable broth
  • 2 cups chopped kale or spinach
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes

Instructions
