  • 4 cups radicchio, chopped
  • 2 cups mixed citrus fruits (1 orange, 1 grapefruit), segmented

Instructions

  1. Wash and chop radicchio into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Segment the citrus by cutting off the tops and bottoms, removing peel and pith, then slicing into wedges.
  3. Toast pistachios in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
