- 9 lasagna noodles
- 2 cups diced ham
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 cups marinara sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente; drain and lay flat.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, eggs, Italian seasoning, and half of the grated Parmesan until well combined.
- Spread marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish. Layer three noodles, half of the ricotta mixture, half of the diced ham, and more marinara sauce. Repeat layers ending with noodles topped with marinara sauce and remaining mozzarella cheese.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
- Cool for about ten minutes before slicing and serving.
