Instructions
- Cook the pasta in salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté minced garlic for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add zucchini slices and cook for 3-5 minutes until tender. Stir in halved cherry tomatoes until softened.
- Combine the drained pasta with the vegetable mixture in the skillet. Gradually add reserved pasta water while mixing gently.
- Remove from heat; stir in chopped basil and Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper as needed.
