  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese (divided)
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 2 green onions (chopped, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Cook chicken in boiling water for 15-20 minutes until fully cooked; shred using two forks.
