Ingredients

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup cooked chicken or beef, seasoned
  • 1 cup bell peppers (red and yellow), sliced
  • 1/2 cup onions, sliced
  • 1 packet taco seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Layer one tortilla on the baking sheet. Top with half the cheese, cooked meat, bell peppers, onions, and taco seasoning. Place another tortilla on top.
  4. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top and add another tortilla.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Let cool slightly before slicing into wedges. Serve with salsa or guacamole.
