  • 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup

  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, almond flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together honey (or maple syrup) and water. Gently fold in the blueberries.
  4. Mix wet ingredients into dry ingredients until well combined.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Allow to cool completely before slicing into bars.
