Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries (sliced)
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 2 cups plain Greek yoghurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (to taste)
  • ½ cup granola

Instructions

  1. Rinse the berries under cold water and pat dry. Slice larger strawberries.
  2. In a bowl, mix Greek yoghurt with honey or maple syrup until smooth.
  3. In serving glasses or bowls, layer half of the yoghurt followed by half of the mixed berries.
  4. Sprinkle half of the granola on top and repeat layers until the containers are full.
  5. Finish with an extra dollop of yoghurt, more berries, and an optional drizzle of honey.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
