  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions (plus extra for garnish)
  • 1/2 cup jalapeños, chopped (optional)
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp chili powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, and half of the cheddar until smooth.
  3. Stir in corn, green onions (reserve some for garnish), jalapeños (if using), cumin, and chili powder until well combined.
