  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ cup tahini
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
  • 24 tbsp water (to desired consistency)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Slice the cauliflower into thick steaks (about one inch wide).
  3. Place cauliflower on a parchment-lined sheet pan, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Roast for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown.
  5. While roasting, whisk together tahini, lemon juice, maple syrup or honey, and water until smooth.
  6. Drizzle the tahini glaze over the cauliflower steaks before serving.
