- 2–4 tbsp water (to desired consistency)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Slice the cauliflower into thick steaks (about one inch wide).
- Place cauliflower on a parchment-lined sheet pan, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Roast for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown.
- While roasting, whisk together tahini, lemon juice, maple syrup or honey, and water until smooth.
- Drizzle the tahini glaze over the cauliflower steaks before serving.
