  • 2 tsp cumin
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  2. Stir in chili beans, cumin, and chili powder; mix well.
  3. Add vegan cheese and stir until melted.
  4. In a bowl, mix flour with enough water to create a thick batter for coating.
  5. Shape filling into balls or patties; dip each in the batter and roll in panko breadcrumbs.
  6. Heat oil in a deep frying pan to 350°F (175°C). Fry each piece until golden brown (approximately 4 minutes).
