Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp ketchup (optional)
  • 2 tbsp mustard (optional)
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat and add chopped onions; sauté until softened.
