Ingredients

  • 2 medium zucchinis (about 300g)
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Wash and dry the zucchinis; slice them into thin rounds (about 1/8 inch thick).
  3. In a bowl, toss the zucchini slices with olive oil, salt, paprika, garlic powder, and Parmesan if using.
  4. Arrange the slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  5. Cook for 10-15 minutes, shaking halfway through until they are golden brown and crispy.
