  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash the eggplant and slice it into half-inch thick rounds. Optionally, create fun shapes.
