- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Drain and thoroughly pat dry the artichoke hearts.
- In one bowl, whisk the eggs; in another, combine panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and Parmesan cheese.
