  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 tsp pumpkin spice blend
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×13 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, blend cream cheese, pumpkin puree, pumpkin spice blend, and sugar until smooth.
  5. Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared pan. Spoon dollops of the cream cheese mixture over it and top with the remaining brownie batter. Use a knife to gently swirl the mixtures together.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out mostly clean. Allow cooling before cutting into squares.
