- 1 lb sirloin steak, sliced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup whiskey (your choice)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Boil salted water and cook fettuccine until al dente; reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining.

- Stir in heavy cream and return steak to the skillet along with drained pasta. Mix well, adding reserved pasta water as needed for desired consistency.
