  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 1 cup mixed seafood (shrimp, scallops, crab meat)
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add mixed seafood and cook until opaque. Stir in cream cheese and heavy cream until smooth.
  3. In a baking dish, spread a thin layer of the seafood mixture at the bottom. Layer with noodles, more filling, spinach, and mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with mozzarella on top.
  4. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 10 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Allow cooling slightly before slicing into squares; serve hot with extra Parmesan on top.
