- 9 lasagna noodles
- 1 cup mixed seafood (shrimp, scallops, crab meat)
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
- In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add mixed seafood and cook until opaque. Stir in cream cheese and heavy cream until smooth.
- In a baking dish, spread a thin layer of the seafood mixture at the bottom. Layer with noodles, more filling, spinach, and mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with mozzarella on top.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 10 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow cooling slightly before slicing into squares; serve hot with extra Parmesan on top.
