  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 8 oz pasta (farfalle or penne)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook pasta in boiling salted water until al dente; drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add diced chicken seasoned with salt and pepper; sauté until golden brown (about 5 minutes). Stir in minced garlic until fragrant.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and add Parmesan cheese; stir until melted and smooth. Mix in cooked pasta and broccoli until well-coated.
  5. Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish and top with additional Parmesan cheese.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
