- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Prepare ingredients by chopping the onion and mincing the garlic.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, chopped cilantro, minced chipotle pepper, and salt. Roll into golf ball-sized meatballs.
