  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream or half-and-half
  • Salt, pepper, thyme, and parsley to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by washing and dicing the potatoes, chopping the onion, and mincing the garlic.
