- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 medium carrots, chopped
- 2 celery stalks, diced
- 6 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 16 oz fresh or frozen gnocchi
- 2 cups fresh spinach or kale
Instructions
