  • 8 oz egg noodles
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook egg noodles in salted boiling water until al dente (6-8 minutes). Drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, cook chicken breasts in oil over medium heat until no longer pink (5-7 minutes per side). Let cool, then shred or cube.
