  • 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup low-sodium chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a saucepan over medium heat, cook the chicken breasts for about 10-15 minutes per side until fully cooked. Let cool slightly and cut into bite-sized pieces.
