  • ¼ cup pure maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the carrots and Brussels sprouts.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinegar, maple syrup, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the glaze over the vegetables and toss until evenly coated.
