  • 1 pre-made whole wheat pizza dough (12 oz)
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 cup shredded low-fat mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C), placing a pizza stone inside if available.
  2. Roll out the whole wheat pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired shape.
  3. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a half-inch border for the crust.
  4. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella over the sauce and layer bell peppers and spinach on top.
  5. Drizzle olive oil over the pizza and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
  6. Transfer to the preheated stone or baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
